Paul the father

I feel you are a bit too hard on that boy. After all he was only trying to express himself. What kind of a father are you anyway?
Nne let go; he knows you are his mother because you breastfed him. I show him I am his father by flogging him. Should I no longer discipline my son? God disciplines his children.
My hubby you are right; but remember God says: Fathers, don't make your children bitter about life. Instead, bring them up in Christian discipline and instruction Eph 6:4 (GW).
Listen to yourself: I am expected to discipline him.
Eh, you beat him for saying you ought to be an example in the house. He was right you know…
I beat him because he was spying on me, and I call it rudeness. How dare he say I should be an example? I feed him and clothe him. Where would he be without me?
No one should spy on you my dear, but children notice things. Even my mum had noticed. When you come in these days every one becomes quiet and junior hides.
Is it not a mark of respect that when I come in they keep quiet? If the governor enters here now who will make noise. Listen bible says: A good man leaves an inheritance to his sons' sons, and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just Pro 13:22(MKJV). I am a good father: I discipline him, and am working to leave an inheritance for him
Darling you are misunderstanding scripture; the heritage to leave is not cash or property primarily but the heritage of a Christian example. Paul had no child but was a father to many. For even if you have ten thousand guardians in your Christian life, you have only one father. For in your life in union with Christ Jesus I have become your father by bringing the Good News to you. I beg you, then, to follow my example 1Cor 4:15, 15(GNB). Can we honestly beg them to follow our example? Can you, father, say with Paul: The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, practice these things; and the God of peace shall be with you Php 4:9(EMTV). All that a child sees in the father, the child strives to imitate. If junior practices all he sees you do will God be with him? Jesus said: And for them I make myself holy, so that they may be made truly holy Jn 17:19(BBE)
Sweetheart it is not easy o.
Yes, but with Jesus you can do all things.
What kind of a father are you?
