Faith's results Week 18, 2016

I want to encourage your heart in the decision to believe God and act on His word in complete obedience and not be like the rest. See the result: This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him Jn 2:11(ESV). This was a first time event, which means it was a new thing. A new thing was done when the disciples obeyed and made the people sit in groups of about 50s on the grass and handed over the 5 loaves of barley bread and 2 fishes to Jesus (Mk6:39-42). Five thousand plus were fed! Have you ever claimed God’s promise to do a new thing in your life or community? Following this resulted in a new thing in Cana, yea in Israel. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?  Is 43:19(KJV).  God is willing to begin a new thing in your life, in your community because of your insistence on doing the right thing even when you will be embarrassed.

Have you often prayed, “O Lord, send down Your glory upon me”? This will bring that down. This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory… Because of your complete obedience the glory of Jesus will manifest. Whenever God is fully obeyed, He is glorified. His glory manifests when His assignments are completed. I have brought glory to you here on earth by doing everything you gave me to do Jn 17:4(CEV) holds true for Jesus and for all who do everything God says in any matter. In the time of Moses when he fully obeyed God in building the tabernacle according to instruction the glory of God came down. So Moses finished the work. Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle Ex 40:33, 34(KJV). Do you want to see His glory upon your life, family and ministry? Glory comes at the fulfillment of obedience. Obey fully in faith.

And his disciples believed in him Jn 2:11(ESV). Because of you many will believe in Jesus. We may not realize it but when people see what God has done in our lives they turn to Him. And Peter said to him, "Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you; rise and make your bed." And immediately he rose. And all the residents of Lydda and Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord Act 9:34-35(ESV). Just hearing about it is very powerful to turn people to Jesus. Everyone in Joppa heard what had happened, and many of them put their faith in the Lord Act 9:42(CEV) 

Join me in this prayer unto God: “I do not know what to do in my circumstance o Lord but I offer myself now as a servant unto you. Speak now for your servant hears Lord. I receive with your instructions full power in the inner man to obey joyfully and fully. Let glory come to you in all these, and cause many to believe in you as a result. Thank you Father in the precious name of Jesus I pray.”
